Had a brilliant deep tissue massage on my leg/lower back, the gp diagnosed me with sciatica but with no indication to the source of the pain. I believed it to be muscular in origin due years of training and little to no stretching leading to non existent flexibility. Jason put me at ease and after the massage my leg felt much better I will be booking soon for another session to aid in my recovery
