The deep tissue massage was just what I needed. Probably the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had, came out actually feeling like I’d been worked on.
Initial problem was excessive tension in the shoulder which was limiting my golf swing. After a day it was feeling much looser and I am now able to swing the golf club like I used to.
The aftercare with the stretches being emailed to me is brilliant.
Cupping therapy was also very good.

Booking a sports massage with a new person is always a bit of a gamble. Jason was superb, took the time to work out what was causing my pain and targeted the treatment as we went, he was personable and very knowledgable as well as providing me with stretches and exercises to help with my back issue post-massage. I will definitely be booking again

This guy is the best ever!! These massages aren’t at all for the faint hearted but does he get the job done-yes!! I went with limited movement,come away and within a day feel 100% better. Thank you x
