Really don't want to leave a bad review but this was an incredibly painful wax.
The therapist was reliant on me holding my own skin taut, which isn't an experience I've had in almost a decade of waxing.
Tweezers weren't sterilised and it looked like the same wax was being used client to client.

Very good service, a lot of experience. The wax was perfect and room was clean which is important. She done the correct check for COVID so I felt safe. Thanks
