This was my first experience with any fake tan so I was quite nervous - never again. The experience started with a phone call saying they were running late so had to delay my appointment by half an hour, then when I arrive I found out that as I'd shaved that morning I couldn't have my treatment. I appreciate that they didn't just go for it and risk a rash, I just wish that I'd had some kind of warning so that I could have avoided shaving/wasting part of my evening. With this, it was rearranged for the next day. After arriving and being greeted with a smile by someone that swiftly left the room, I was left on my own for 20 minutes (I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment), to the point where I was shouting 'hello' for someone to come out. As for the actual tanning, I have nothing to compare it to so can't complain. However this morning I look like a wotsit with a lovely pale patch next to my mouth.
Everyone was really friendly and professional. The service was great and I felt very comfortable and it was my first time! Will be going back regularly!

This really is the best wax in town - Always excellent and relatively pain free. The staff make you feel as comfortable as possible and do a really great job.
