Wasn't really greeted straight away so felt slightly awkward at the start, however everything after that was pretty much perfect, apart from of course the pain of waxing :)
Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and helpful. The woman who did my HD brows told me lots about the process and also about a growth course that would help my brows. I felt very comfortable and I loved the end product of my eyebrows. I can't wait to return for my next session.
