Suzie has done my nails a few times now - always happy. Unfortunately this last time I got delayed by traffic, Suzie phoned to check everything was ok, I was about 15 minutes late but Suzie was so calm when I arrived I soon relaxed after a fraught journey to the salon. Thanks
