Great haircut, Alex cut my hair just as I had asked. But the prepaid price was for a wash, cut & rough blow dry and, having said yes when he asked if I wanted a ‘blow dry’ he then charged me an extra £50 for it. They need to warn customers about that extra cost and that a ‘blow dry’ is different to a ‘rough blow dry’.
