This was my first time at Ziad but it won’t be my last. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it’s clear that all the staff really care about the clientele. Isha, who did my mani-pedi and gel removal, was PHENOMENAL. Her eye for detail, professionalism and calming attitude made the experience such a joy. I have never had anyone pay so much attention to each and every nail like that - it’s evident that Isha LOVES beauty and this is so much more than a job for her: I cannot wait to return!!!

It was a very quick treatment. They didn’t offer to cut or file my nails which is very unusual.
