They were 20+ mins late. After my facial I’ve had peeling and discolouration patch which could have only been from an extraction which I was extremely clear I did not want. This couldnt have been an actually hydrafacial. Fazeah was lovely but clearly didn’t listen to me about the facial and then the person who was meant to do my massage had left for the day so Fazeah offered to do it with no training and still charged me full price. Another employee tried hard to sell me facial laser treatments

Booking an 11:30 appointment. They messaged on the day saying I needed to come in at 1pm . We settled on 12. But then she never showed up . After waiting the hairdresser decided to do my henna eyebrows . She kept on doing them wonky , and got very annoyed that I wasnt happy . It was very unpleasant. I found her very rude . I will never go back.
