Painful and uncomfortable. My cuticles were overgrown, and she did not soak my hands prior to pushing them up. They were tough, as it was cold outside and my hands were frozen. She did push and trim them too far, and I was bleeding from almost every cuticle. She kept saying it's because they're very dry, and I should be using oil, making me feel bad, and responsible for this mess. She asked me if it's painful...(well, it's obvious if you see blood). Few days after they're still sore and red :(
