I had an amazing experience with my hairdresser, Nancy! She is incredibly knowledgeable about highlights and colouring, and really listened to what I wanted. The treatment was fantastic, and I left feeling completely pampered and confident with my hair. I can’t recommend her highly enough truly exceptional service!

Was really happy wi th my haircut at the time but now that I’ve come home and washed my hair, my new long layers looks like I have one short thick layer of hair sitting on top of my longer underneath layer. Looks really silly and makes me feel so ugly!! The hairdresser did what I asked but don’t think she actually knew the mechanics of hairdressing (as I don either) as now my hair looks super heavy at the bottom from the fluffiness of the layers and super flat at the top.
