Loved my lashes, exactly what I wanted Aisha was amazing

My facial at Ziad wasn’t good. It wasn’t relaxing as she kept coming in and out the room, as well as the music kept skipping to adverts during the facial. In addition, the hygiene was terrible and made me feel uncomfortable, and made me feel as though I was in inexperienced hands. She touched her phone on multiple occasions as well as touching the door handles when coming in and out. She went straight back to touching my face without washing hands. My face wasn’t clean after. I’d like a refund.
