Misleading pictures of the salon, I booked haircut for my son in a hair salon , when we arrived they took us next door to barber shop, I paid for haircut and hair wash, no one washed his hair, barber place was run down and dirty ! Barber’s English was very poor, he was smoking outside and didn’t wash hands just proceeded to hair cut , my trousers were full of hair from just seating there, avoid this place , I should just walked out of there , horrible service and place !

Great therapist, honestly amazing massage!! But was disappointed as I’d booked for 30 minutes and it was only exactly 20. I only realised when I arrived home as I’d taken a picture of the treatment room post massage and it was time stamped. So 1/3 of the treatment I paid for I didn’t receive. The massage itself was amazing just wish it would’ve lasted the full time haha!

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this salon. I had my eyelashes done here and immediately felt discomfort — they were painful and poorly applied to the point I couldn’t even open my eyes properly afterward.
I reached out to the salon about the issue, but they refused to take responsibility or offer a refund, which I find really disappointing.
I had to book an emergency removal with another professional, who confirmed how badly the lashes had been applied.
