Overall a fairly good experience, The beautician asked me to wash my face to remove my eye make up - I didn't have any on! Then there were no towels to dry with so I had to pat it dry with toilet roll which wasn't the nicest experience. She insisted I still had eye make up on which was quite awkward, as I had removed it to the best of my ability. I would prefer if she just removed it herself if it wasn't good enough. Once the treatment got started it was fine.. The beautician afterwards was much nicer and she did a really good job with the eyelash extensions.

The wax was agony and the beautician did not produce the type/shape of wax we had discussed. They were very nice but I don't recommend Ziba for bikini waxes
