Absolutely fantastic staff, the bikini wax was expertly done and my first time having one was made as enjoyable as possible! I am so pleased with my eyelashes, would lovand my eyebrows to be a tiny bit darker but I was recommended against it. Overall a fantastic experience and I will be back!

The salon itself looks okay when you walk in, however the waxing experience was awful! To start with, I was asked to undress and cover up with a towel that was filthy with stains and hair. The beautician was under the impression that I was only there for an underarm wax so gave me a grimace and painful look when I said that I was there for a Hollywood wax too. She then proceeded to use strip wax for almost all of the underarm and Hollywood wax despite the treatments being described as 'hot wax' on Treatwell. Next, I specifically told the beautician NOT to wax my stomach as I never wax this, and she went ahead and did it anyway. Further to this disappointment, the wax was patchy and grew back within a couple of days, I will not return again and am extremely disappointed that I spent money on this salon.

Prompt service and great value plus they managed to fit me in for an impromptu eyebrow threading. The lady who does it is wonderful!
