Staff always approachable and friendly.
However, my experience wasn’t as good as I was expecting. Under arms was pretty good, but the legs, when I get home I have realised there were still lots of hair on my legs which I had to remove myself. Maybe having a bigger room for hair removal and a better light inside it might help.
