I came in for a manicure and a facial have awarded 5 stars they products are great i can already feel the difference !
Firstly when I booked, I had a call a few moments laters saying that the time I booked wasn't available and they had to move it a day later. Which was fine.
They staff was all lovely, I went in to have infills done, however on the way 2 of my nails broke and I needed these fixed. The job itself was poor, all of my nails where different shapes, while the colour was nice, it took forever to set.
Afterwards I was told about the extra cost of £6 for the 2 broken nails, taking the cost to £25, the same as a new set. Which was disappointing. A week later, the polish had all chipped off as well as the 2 repair jobs had also broken back off again.
Hugely disappointing.
Hard Gel Extensions & Overlays
Very thorough and attentive facial. Only problem they will have is time keeping I was there for 2.5 hours for a 1 hour facial plus eyebrow threading. Good if you have the time but not great if you are in a rush!
