Went in to fix my hair colour after a bad experience at a different salon, Fran got my hair to my desired colour exactly and explained all the steps on how to get there. Fran was so lovely and caring, really helpful to be explained each step and costs breakdown. She also helped provide advice for after care of my hair after bleaching. Would 100% recommend.
