Francesca was lovely but on reflection I’m not too happy with my balayage and cut. The front section of my hair looks overly bleached so I have two white frazzled sections at the front, which I explicitly asked not to have when we were talking through the plan. Having washed my hair since the appointment, the rest of my hair looks the same as before. The cut is also much shorter than I would have liked. It’s not horrendous but definitely not worth £245 :(
