Zita was lovely, really welcoming. The deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed - firm and relaxing! I felt very relaxed afterwards. She had taken all the tension in my shoulders/back from sitting down all day working. Had the best sleep that night.

Rita is an exceptionally knowledgeable personal trainer. She is a former professional athlete at the highest level, and has a sound knowledge of anatomy and best training practices. She tailors every session to your abilities and training needs. I have been working with Rita for a number years, and I cannot recommend her enough.
She even gives you exercises to do at home.
