I mentioned at this appointment about how I had been suffering with sciatic pain in my right leg.
Zita listened and offered to help with this pain during my massage.
It was intense at moments but she checked in with me and I was ok.

I’ve been getting monthly massages from Zita for 18 months now and they have been life-changing. 18 months ago I was stiff and beginning to find walking a bit of a struggle (I’m in my late 60s with chronic arthritis and have both hips replaced). After my first massage, my walking dramatically improved. I was then able to start exercising properly, lost over 2 stone in weight and can easily walk uphill without difficulty.
An added bonus is that Zita is a beautiful person, kind and caring.
