I rarely leave a bad review, and I am really sorry to do it now.
I booked a blow dry for medium length hair with a junior stylist. I explained I would have liked a wavy blow dry but that my hair are thin and they do not keep the shape for too long, so not to use products on them.
The blow dry was made with a brush (like I received it normally in many different hairdressers) but at the end my hair were still messy and not wavy at all. The stylist agreed with me and in fact she offered to redo them with the round hair straightener (don’t know the technical name for it). I wasn’t happy with that, but at least I would have had the kind of blow dry I have asked for at the beginning.
Then at the moment to pay, they charged me extra £15 because they said my hair are long (fine but it was a junior stylist, clearly not very experienced) plus the use of the round hair straightener! Without mentioning the extra time I had to stay there...
I didn’t want to argue or complain, as the stylist was very gentle and I felt she was sorry for the inconvenience, but still I am unhappy with the outcome and I don’t think I will come again or recommend it to anyone else.

The waxing at this salon is better than your usual. Well sourced products and Stephanie is great at what she does
