Salon on a good location, very busy but covid measures in place. I booked my braids appointment an hour before and got a very good and fast service. Christabel was very nice and a jewel to talk to. My only negative review is that the prices are too high compared to other places in London (£50 for two dutch braids on shoulder length hair that take 10 min to finish is absurd, and even more expensive than Selfridges!). A more reasonable price for this kind of braids is £15 in my opinion.

I made a huge change to my hair and Eniko was so supportive and talked me through the realities of such a drastic change. She made sure that I was comfortable throughout the appointment and I am so grateful and really happy with my hair!
