Unfortunately I didn’t get to have any of my treatments as the person I had booked to do them was allocated to someone else as I was a Treatwell customer. I have been using Stacia at Zoe Dee’s for a long time for my lashes which is why I specifically picked her as we had discussed facials and said I would book with her. Seems they feel they can disregard Treatwell Customer’s wishes as they aren’t regulars. Unfortunately I am so when I said I didn’t want the person they allocated I was told that Stacia was booked elsewhere and if I didn’t go ahead they would take it as a cancellation. I decided not to have the treatments and therefore have lost a birthday present. Very disappointment. 20 minutes later I had a call to say Stacia could do it after all but by that time I had told my childcare I was on my way back (I’m a single mum). They have lost a pretty loyal customer as I have lost a birthday present I was looking forward to.

Stacia was brilliant, lovely to chat to, put me at ease and did a great job. Would definitely go back again!
After being left waiting in the treatment room for five minutes, and my treatment ending 15 minutes early, my 45-min head massage only lasted 25 minutes, which was really disappointing. Won't be going back
