I had my best ever wax here a few months back. Today sadly wasn’t as good. It felt like a very rushed wax. The site aid it takes up to 45 minutes. I was done in 15. There was no stretching of the skin, and as a result there seems to be a lot of missed hairs, and what already appears to be some ingrown hairs. Also there was no cream afterwards which you would normally expect. Such a shame after a previous very good experience

Booked treatment same day and when I arrived they were running a bit late however kindly made up for it by offering a free blow dry while I waited. Very friendly staff and would go again.
