Least painful Wax ever. And Emily was lovely. I will be returning.

The lady doing my wax was great, however I wouldn’t recommend booking through Treatwell as their systems don’t appear to be configured.
Zoe Dee Hair called me 5 minutes (!) before my appointment to tell me that they hadn’t seen my booking and that they couldn’t fit me in that day (despite showing on treatwell that they were taking bookings for the entire day). They did eventually manage to fit me in for later that day, but were then running 15 minutes late.
Given that I didn’t have the time to keep driving to Bishops Stortford and back, I wasn’t very impressed.
