There was a double booking with my appointment so I had to rearrange to the following week with Amber, lovely massage. Shame walls are so thin tho.

I received a call in the morning to say that Treatwell wasn't working properly and I had been given an appointment that wasn't available as Kate my beauty therapist wasn't actually in that day. I then received a call about 30 minutes after when my appointment was originally booked for, to ask where I was as they had been waiting for me. and that if I was free I could come in in 45 mins (which I couldn't do). Really annoying as my first experience here and after being recommended here.
