a really unprofessional wax. the rooms are so dirty and stringy wax everywhere, bins over spilling with used wax and other people hairs just everywhere. I had wax all over my legs from where the wax was dripping, she didn't clear this off. she applied the wax so thick that it wouldn't come off and used a paper towel for extra grip?! ouch! she didn't put on any after wax treatment so when she left the room I applied some oil to myself... poor service sorry. will not be back
