I went for a wax the other day and the staff were okay but the treatment was not - I had my legs waxed and when I got home I realised there were so many patches of hair that had been missed. I also had my underarms waxed and was wondering why they were so sore, my underarms are quite sensitive and I’m used to them bleeding however this time the lady pulled some of my skin off and didn’t even get all the hair off so my underarms were sore for days and also not hairless. I was quite disappointed in the treatment and would not be going back for another wax.
When I arrived I was told to follow someone, nobody asked my name or confirmed what treatments I had booked. The actually treatment was fine, although I have found some missed patches since.
