I had such a lovely manicure by a kind and efficient therapist - I’m thrilled with my results. However I was kept waiting for 20 minutes after the time of my appointment.

Nail technician accidentally cut too much of my cuticles away so they bled, they have started to heal over but it doesn’t look very nice.
