Really disappointed with my nails and the service today at Zone. The service in general was poor and the nail technician was not welcoming. I felt so uncomfortable and was sure she was saying things about me to her colleagues when doing my nails. I am in pain because she filed my skin and a few of my fingers started to bleed (eventhough I said I have very sensitive skin and she could see i kept jumping up in pain when she hurt me). She was not delicate or careful in the slightest. Each nail had an issue and had not been filed properly which I had to correct myself when I got home. She did not do anything to my cuticles (which they usually do and is included in the treatment). I get my nails done there often and have never had this kind of experience before. The technician could see I wasn't happy but I didn't want to make a fuss and honestly was in so much pain I just wanted to leave. To top it all off when paying I was in such a rush to get out I didn't notice when the lady at reception gave me my change it wasn't pounds and some of it was foreign money. After today I will not be returning to Zone for any treatments.

My manicure ended up looking lovely, but when doing my cuticle treatment, my nail technician unfortunately cut 5 of my nail beds which meant they stung and bled! I did get a discount and she apologised which I appreciated. I loved the manicure otherwise but would be worried about this happening again!
