I booked nail appts for 3.30pm but was told on arrival the booking hadn't come through, despite Treatwell confirming on app & email. Was told to ring TW for a refund or come back at 4.30pm. Chose the latter, as didn't know if we'd actually get refunded. Wasn't seen until 4.45 anyway. Treatment I'd booked (nail extensions) wasn't what I got (acrylics) - told it was the same, but that wasn't what the description said. Therapist was lovely & acrylics look nice but overall experience was stressful.
