I have been working in hospitality for 50 hour weeks over the last two months (christmas is BUSY) and so all my muscles were very tense, not to mention I only just started back at the gym (50 hour weeks only allow for sleep, eat, work and commute) so I added more tension on top of that. Zowie was incredible, she targeted all the main tension points and fought the muscles to try get them to release, although there is a long way to go (you can't fix that in an hour) I felt so much better. She was kind, polite and had the perfect pressure. It felt amazing. Plus I slept like a baby.
