Zowie Conways studio is in a really handy location, great service, very clean and comfortable surrounds, and the massage was lovely and relaxing.

I had a 60min reflexology treatment today with Zowie. She was incredibly welcoming and very warm and friendly. The treatment itself is hands down the best I have had. She is incredibly knowledgable and has a very good sense for what people need. I am usually very fussy and not easily pleased with treatments however hers blew me away. I felt like I was walking on clouds for hours after. Highly recommended. I will be going back.

This is the second time I have had a massage with Zowie. The treatment was brilliant and I really appreciate her holistic approach. I have recommended Zowie to several friends and will be going back without a doubt.
Wow that was so so nice. Zowie is lovely and friendly, she really targeted the areas where I felt tense. I felt so relaxed during and now after the massage. We also ended up having a great chat about what it really means to be healthy and how to be good to your body. Zowie has made me realise that I need to be focus more on keeping my body relaxed and just not to put too much stress on myself. I will definitely be going back again and again. So impressed!

Zowie was great, made you feel at ease and was keen to know what parts needed more work. The massage was spot on and Zowie was great at finding those knots and pausing at the tense points until tension slowly eased. Nice little venue, conveniently downstairs of a health store.
