Very impressed by Zowie. She really knows how to asses your muscles and body to see where the problem areas are without you having to say anything. Very relaxing and therapeutic! Highly recommend.
Deep Tissue Massage
Lovely, relaxing massage, highly recommended. The salon is not too easy to find underneath the organic supermarket, even living at the end of the same road. Stick at it as it's worth a visit!

Zowie is the real thing when you're looking for a massage therapist that not only has the technique, but also has the intuitive understanding of how to treat the spirit. She creates a warm and encompassing environment that allows you to relax and heal. Highly recommend. Very central City location.

Really personal, focused massage. Not quite a sports massage, more a deep tissue one but actually turned out which ever it was, it helped loosen me up ahead of a half marathon on Sunday. Zowie was very informative and gave some useful tips to help iron out some of my aches and pains.
