Would definitely recommend the venue, staff and particularly Zowie, a very intuitive and experienced therapist. From being greeted at the therapy reception to leaving feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and free of the tension and knots in my shoulders and back, I had one of the best experiences of a massage. Many treatment rooms can feel claustrophobic and the experience can be marred by telephones ringing and staff being overheard - on the contrary here. Zowie listened to my needs and alleviated all the stress that I was carrying in my muscles with exactly the right amount of pressure and stretching. Zowie gave great advice at the end of the massage and I will be returning for other treatments with her.

Lovely venue and therapist and outstanding massage. Zowie asked me where I had problems and really focused on those areas. Good firm pressure as I asked for without feeling like I was being attacked! Massage felt tailored to me and left me feeling fantastic. Will be going back!

Zowie took time to understand exactly what I wanted before going on to provide an intuitive massage which is without a doubt the best massage I've had this year.
As someone who suffers from a lot of back pain, I had not managed more than 4 hours sleep for over a week. Zowie worked her magic and I managed to get a full night of rest which in my opinion is priceless!
I would highly recommend Zowie and will be booking in again very soon! THANKS!
