Zowie was very welcoming and I was immediately at ease. We chatted through what I was hoping to get out of the massage beforehand and whether I wanted a more relaxing treatment or simply one focusing on releasing tension. The room was clean and the music and lighting made for a very chilled out environment. The massage itself was just what I needed, hugely soothing in all the stressed out points in the body.
The ache in my hip flexors, from exercise, dissipated massively anf my back felt less knotted. A wonderfully relieving massage. We also spent a few moment at the end discussing exercises I could do to improve the problem areas that she identified. Great experience and thoroughly recommend visiting Zowie if you want treatment for any niggling aches or just some time to relax.

The best reflexology I ever had. Even included a bit of back massage. Though the session was not 60 mins as it said at the booking. It was only about 45-50 mins long. Apart from that, very pleased with the service. Will def book again

Had a 90min Swedish massage from Zowie at my treatment rooms and will have too say it was one of the most relaxing massages I have ever had, and believe me I have had a lot due to being over worked and stressed. The atmosphere with in the work space was very relaxing and clean with soft lighting and pleasant polite staff to welcome you. Would highly recommend a treatment with Zowie I booked again for 2 weeks time and can't wait. Thank you Zowie
I will definitely be going back. The treatment was one of the best I have ever had and I found Zowie to be incredibly professional, I certainly felt like she cared about making sure my experience was the best it could be.

What am experience- zowie was warm and welcoming, the t r eat meant room was beautifully kept and was the perfect backdrop for a truly relaxing experience. It's just want my body and soul needed. Thank you zowie.
