I spent £100 weeks ago for a full chakra massage treatment that I didn’t receive.
The half hour session was helpful and all the staff was friendly but the service, as a whole, was not worth £100.
I booked the treatment the night before and received a call a few minutes away from the salon being told the therapist wouldn’t be in until the afternoon. As a curtesy I got a half hour deep tissue massage for free.
The next couple of days I went in and had only half hour of the treatment and told to come back within a week or two for the rest.
2 weeks later I contacted them to make a booking in which I hadn’t received a response to until I followed up the next day to book.
A week later I’ve been informed couple hours before session I need to reschedule again for the following week, so I’ll be waiting for a month for this full treatment.
It really wasn’t worth it.

This treatment was very different to the other massages I have had. I had a lot of upper back pain that this massage made loads better. Not one for the faint hearted FYI :)
