I really enjoyed the massage, however I was surprised that none of the half hour was spent on my back to work my neck and head. I specifically booked the massage because I was having headache issues, so was expecting that. It may have just been because it was 30 minutes, but that was a bit disappointing.

treatment was great although I still have my trapped nerve. The therapist still made me feel great. I would say it's a little expensive for what it is.
Trigger point therapy
The place is a lovely little oasis of calm hidden away under an organic store! It’s not fancy but it is lovely. Francesco gave me a 30 min sports massage and was really communicative as it was my first time. It really felt thorough and got into my aches and pains. Quick, good value, lovely.
