Very peaceful experience and just what I needed. I booked in as I had a very stiff back. My masseur was very skilled and did a good job at relaxing muscles, even showing me what exercises I should do to relieve pain in future. Thank you!

Whilst on busy Kingsland road, its basement location means its super quiet - they've managed to create a rare zen-like location, ideal for a relaxing massage. Staff are friendly. And with The Grocer upstairs, its ideal for picking up some healthy nourishment post-treatment. Would recommend.
