My hair was cut and was uneven. I had to go to another hairdresser the next day to rectify as it was noticeably shorter on one side (Treatwell feel free to check with the hairdresser I attended on 13/2/17. Not only that, I was charged £15 - when I checked the price list, I saw it was only £10 for a straight cut so I was also overcharged. In the circumstances I would like a full refund.
This venue had closed down and didn't get told by them. I received a confirmation text and email and a text the day before. When I arrived st the venue the numbers that had been sent on the text and the number on the venue did not exist.
