I was wearing a mask for my appointment, the beautician was not wearing one for the first 20mins of the appointment.
My hot wax brazillian was done with little care / skill and the beautician applied wax to a large area at once making the removal uncomfortable.
During leg wax, the strip got left behind on my leg, used strips were left on the side, beauticians eyebrow product leaked onto my leg whilst she was sweating.
Would not return.

Nicely done waxing, the wax was a bit too hot few times and left some red marks on the skin, however it looked ok next day. Will go back.
