Please t venue. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Threading was excellent followed by a lovely unexpected massage around the just treated area of my face. Top lip wax was very effective. She followed it through with threading over the top lip which enhanced the effectiveness. I only gave 4 stars for the staff. Something very small but I wasnt handed a mirror to see my eyebrows. Had to get off the chair to go to the wall mirror. I wiLl definitely make it my Regular place. Loved it
