A lifelong runner, especially drawn to long-distance and mountain running where I’ve cultivated a profound awareness of the body in motion. These personal experiences have shaped my approach to therapy, allowing me to connect deeply with clients who face physical limitations, injuries, or the challenges of recovery. I understand the emotional and physical toll that unresolved pain, trauma, and inadequate rehabilitation can have on daily life. That’s why this year I decided to continue my studies at the London School of Osteopathy, embarking on a journey towards becoming an osteopath.”
