I am a TCM (Traditional Chinese medicine) & 5 Element acupuncturist. Those two integrated styles of acupuncture enable me to effectively treat a wide range of mental and physical conditions alongside Tuina massage (clinical Chinese massage), Cupping, Gua Sha, and Moxibustion. I gained a BSc Hons degree from the prestigious College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading.

Every treatment is tailored to your specific needs and the focus is on the root of your symptoms. The practice of acupuncture works to boost your body’s natural ability to recalibrate, replenish and repair. Acupuncture treatment aims to support you in maintaining your unique health and wellbeing.

I will apply a combination of the most appropriate techniques to work alongside acupuncture to benefit you, including techniques such as Cupping, Gua Sha and Moxa, alongside red light therapy, hot stones and Tuina Chinese medical massage.

Continuous learning is important to me ensuring my knowledge and skills remain at the forefront of the acupuncture profession for the benefit of my patients. I am passionate about transforming lives through the Art of Acupuncture.

If you're feeling stressed and unable to unwind, then this may be for you. Judge for yourself, at Wellbeing Strategist, London. Life can feel overwhelming when you're juggling responsibilities, whether it's running a business, caring for loved ones, or picking up the pieces after a major life change like a divorce. Stress builds up, tension lingers and finding a moment to truly relax can feel impossible. This can be a way to let go of that weight and feel lighter, calmer, and genuinely happy - for days! Sound baths, especially with gongs, offer exactly that. This gentle form of sound therapy uses vibrations and frequencies to guide your mind and body into a deep state of relaxation. You simply lie down, close your eyes, and let the soothing sounds do the work. Here’s why they work: quiet the mind. Gong vibrations calm racing thoughts and help you escape the overwhelm, creating space for clarity and peace. Boost happiness: The sound triggers the release of feel-good chemicals like serotonin and endorphins, leaving you with a natural high. Release tension: Deep sound waves gently work through physical and emotional stress, leaving you feeling lighter and recharged. Restore balance: By lowering cortisol and engaging your body’s natural relaxation response, sound baths bring a deep sense of calm and well-being. The studio is fully equipped with everything you need, just show up in comfy clothes, ready to relax. No prior experience is needed, and this session is all about giving yourself permission to unwind.
