Paul is the founder and leading practitioner of JANMI massage & exercise system- a synergy of advanced soft tissue therapy and corrective exercise training used to manage pain relief, injury prevention/recovery and functional rehabilitation after neurological injuries & strokes. He trained as a Thai massage therapist and reiki master before qualifying in sports and remedial massage, personal training, life coaching and rehabilitation for neurological injuries and strokes.
Paul has 15 years of experience in healing work and can provide a range of treatments. However you prefer your treatment, Paul will find you an effective treatment. He can also offer exercises and stretches to further increase the benefits of the treatments.
