Whether you’re drawn to the gentle energy flow of Reiki, the deep resonance of gongs and singing bowls, or the tactile release of sound massage, each session offers a space to reconnect with yourself in an honest, embodied way.
Here, calm doesn’t mean avoiding life’s natural ebb and flow — it’s about creating a safe, held space for whatever needs to arise: release, reflection, stillness, or subtle shifts. Everything is welcome here.

Located in a light-filled, spacious, and calming home studio within a converted chapel, the venue offers a warm and private setting with plenty of character. The environment is peaceful and nurturing, filled with plants and crystals, and designed to help you feel at ease from the moment you arrive.
The therapist:
Laura is a trained and qualified practitioner in both Sound Healing and Reiki, holding her sound therapy diploma with distinction from the British Academy of Sound Therapy, and having studied with respected teachers including Simone Salvatici, Anne Malone, and Mark Swan. She is trained to Level 2 Practitioner Level in Usui Reiki and holds space with sensitivity, presence, and a deep respect for each client’s individual journey.
