Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee, while cancellations after the initial 72-hour window will result in a 50% fee based on the appointment cost. Late Arrival Policy:

Clients are kindly reminded that punctuality is essential to ensure the smooth running of our services. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur £25.
