After graduating university in 2023, completing a 3 year course in sports therapy and rehabilitation, Beth is very passionate about providing a comfortable and educational experience. She specialises in injury rehabilitation. Beth will help you by combining hands on techniques(sports massage/cupping) and a personalised exercise prescription.
