Welcome to Louise Mcilroy Acupuncture @ CALM Multibed in Fitzrovia, your affordable Five Element Acupuncture treatment in Central London. The clinic has several treatment beds in one room, so others may be having treatment at the same time. The experience is still very private and one-to-one, and enables acupuncture to be experienced at an affordable price. If you’re experiencing musculoskeletal pain, anxiety, stress, digestion, menopausal symptoms or any other common issues, this is the place you need to visit.

Nearest public transport:

Goodge St, Warren St, Great Portland St and Tottenham Court Rd are all a short walk from the clinic. The clinic is based inside the University of Westminster building on New Cavendish St.

The team:

Louise holds a Professional Licentiate from The Acupuncture Academy in Leamington Spa, where she was awarded a Distinction. Her training was extensive covering all aspects of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Theory as well as Biomedicine, Acupuncture Research and Clinical Skills. In her practice, she employs a Five Element Acupuncture approach coupled with Traditional Chinese Medicine, addressing both immediate physical symptoms along with broader health issues. She treats people of all ages with a diverse range of conditions, and she is qualified in Moxibustion, Cupping, and Gua-Sha that integrates with acupuncture as needed. As a member of the British Acupuncture Council (the UK's largest professional body of acupuncturists), she adheres to their Codes of Safe Practice and Professional Conduct and maintains full medical malpractice and public/product liability insurance. Choosing an acupuncturist from the British Acupuncture Council's register is a good way to ensure a high standard of care, as all members must have completed at least 3 years of rigorous training from an accredited college.

What we like about the venue:

  • Atmosphere: Restorative, professional and welcoming.
  • Specialises in: Creating a sanctuary for those seeking solace from the stresses of modern life through Acupuncture, Cupping and Moxibustion.
