Kamila believes in a holistic approach to health, where the body, mind and spirit are connected and constantly influence each other. Every treatment starts with a detailed consultation followed by a custom-tailored treatment plan agreed with both client and therapist.

Kamila has been trained in various alternative therapies in various accredited institutions in the UK and in Poland. In 2010 she completed the VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Complementary Therapies, in 2012 she obtained the VTCT Certificate in Indian Head massage and also gained training in Ayurvedic treatments. She graduated with an Honours degree in Complementary Healthcare in Aromatherapy from Edinburgh's Napier University. Kamila is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapies and also insured through them.
