Voted Conde Nast's Travellers 14th best Destination Spa Worldwide, Grayshott Medical Spa is one of the very few true destination spas in the UK – unlike a hotel spa or day spa, your all inclusive stay is aimed at health and wellbeing with therapeutic spa treatments, healthy spa cuisine and full programmes of fitness classes.

With sweeping lawns adjoining 700 acres of National Trust land, a visit to Grayshott Spa offers a world of calmer, healthier living, dedicated to the rejuvenation of both body and mind.

Enjoy, as a day visitor, short break or a longer stay.

Grayshott has spent over 50 years perfecting its holistic approach to natural therapy, relaxation, exercise and nutrition to create a unique, peaceful, stress-busting environment with a world-wide reputation for the quality of its therapies and treatments.

The atmosphere is relaxed, the dress code casual – guests tend to stay in their robes and slippers. Apart from bringing appropriate clothing and footwear to participate in the exercise classes and swimming, guests really only need to pack a toothbrush!

All meals during a stay are included, from dinner on the day of arrival to lunch on the day of departure. Meals consist of a continental buffet and à la carte menu for breakfast. A three course buffet lunch, and a 3 course à la carte menu for dinner.

Whether guests want to address a particular health problem, de-stress, get fit or simply “get away from it all” in a warm, friendly atmosphere, Grayshott has the trusted expertise they need.
